Keito Okamoto (岡本 圭人, Okamoto Keito^?, born April 1, 1993) is a Japanese singer and member of the J-pop group Hey! Say! JUMP.^[1] He is under the management of Johnny & Associates. He was born in Tokyo to Kenichi Okamoto, a former member of the rockband & Johnny's group Otokogumi and model Nishi Katsue.

He lived in England for almost four years until returning to the Tokyo Metropolitan Area and is currently the only member of Hey! Say! JUMP to speak fluent English. He plays guitar along with Kota Yabu in their concerts.

On August 12, 2004, when he was 9 years old, Morimoto appeared on the variety show Ya-ya-yah, where his audition for Johnny and Associates was aired along with Ryosuke Yamada. He entered Johnny & Associates as a trainee on October 12 and was later put in Johnny's Jr group JJ Express alongside Daiki Arioka, Yuya Takaki, Yuto Nakajima, and Kei Inoo, all of whom would be future bandmates in Hey! Say! JUMP.

Hey! Say! JUMP debuted on September 21, 2007 and was met with critical success. However, Morimoto's involvement came to an abrupt halt when on June 28, 2011, Japanese entertainment magazine Shunkan Josei published a story revealing that Morimoto smoking underage. Images from the issue shows him smoking at 14 in January 2010 and at 15 in May 2010. Johnny's Entertainment quickly issued a public apology and planned to suspend all of Morimoto's activities indefinitely.^{[citation needed]}

Morimoto also has a younger brother Shintaro Morimoto who belongs to another Johnny's Entertainment group as a Johnny's Jr. called Snow Prince Gasshoudan, created for the movie of the same name.

Yuto is an actor slash singer slash dancer slash drummer slash song writer who was born on 10th of August 1993 in Tokyo, Japan.

Nakajima Yuto has got the looks of a matinee and the heights of an NBA player; he's actually the tallest in their group. Fan girls would've loved him for his head-turner looks---his eyes are bird shaped in close up (if you know what I mean), the nose are average (I mean it's not too pointed but definitely not flat), and he's got this sexy red thin lips (which I love the most). In one of his interviews, he said his charming points are the mole under his eye (yes, it adds to the sexiness) and his hoarsing voice.

He's a food lover (I actually mean, "he loves to eat") and his favourites are horse sashimi, strawberry and mango. He's not a shy, quiet type of guy. He in fact describes himself as 'loud', since he loves to make his friends laugh----let's say, sometimes he's the mood setter too. Yuto is a very positive person---an optimist---which is why he would always say 'Don't give up!', either to himself or to the persons he work with.

Nakajima Yuto's career has indeed grown a lot since his first appearance when he was a kid (in 5th grade, to be exact). 2007 was the year that his group, Hey! Say!, started releasing albums that had actually hit the Oricon charts in Japan. Yuto's self-composed song called "Dash!!" was included in the Hey! Say! Jump's first album, JUMP No.1.

Nakajima Yuto (10 Agustus 1993).
Dianggap leader di Hey! Say! 7 karena sangat sabar dan tenang. Yuto banyak membuat iri sesama personel karena tinggi badannya. Yuto bergabung dengan Johnny’s Jr 28 Maret 2004, saat duduk di tingkat 5 SD. Yuto memilki keterampilan berakting dan pernah tampil dalam drama di 24 Hour Television bersama Kamenashi Kazuya dan Yamashita Tomohisa. Dia juga pernah bermain dalam Primadam, tahun 2006.

 

Okamoto Keito (1 April 1993).
Sering disangkutpautkan dengan sang ayah, Okamoto Kenichi. Tapi Keito selalu bilang, dia lolos masuk HSJ atas usahanya sendiri; terbukti survive sampai sekarang. Bias Keito sering menyebutnya English Prince, karena di usia 9 tahun dia dikirim ke sekolah asrama di Suffolk, Inggris. Selain menyanyi dan menari, Keito suka bermain gitar dan pernah memperlihatkan keterampilannya bersama Yabu di konser HSJ. Dalam beberapa momen, Keito kebagian part yang mengharuskan HSJ berbahasa Inggris.

 

Yamada Ryosuke (9 Mei 1993).
Yamada pertama muncul di TV di usia 11 tahun, di variety show Ya-ya-yah, saat audisi Johnny juga digelar. Lulus seleksi, dia tampil perdana lewat drama TV Tantei Gakuen O Special. April 2007, Yamada terpilih menjadi anggota grup temporer Hey! Say 7 yang menjadi cikal bakal HSJ, sebelum resmi menjadi anggota HSJ September 2007. Yamada sangat cinta menyanyi dan menari, serta selalu datang tepat waktu untuk rapat, latihan, dan sebagainya. Dia sangat sensitif, tapi juga dikenal sebagai pembicara ulung saat wawancara.

 

Chinen Yuuri (30 November 1993).
Sejak kecil tidak bisa diam. Chinen aktif menari balet jazz, kemudian berlatih senam, dan sudah mampu melompat dalam berbagai gerakan. Keterampilan Chinen berakrobat sering diperlihatkan di atas panggung dan mendapat pujian dari idolanya, Ohno Satoshi. Citacitanya bisa memancing dan tampil dalam drama musikal bersama Ohno.

 

Morimoto Ryutaro (6 April 1995).
Perannya tak cuma mengisi suara dan tarian, tapi juga sebagai penyemarak grup. Itu karena Morimoto anggota termuda. Masuk sebagai anggota Johnny’s Jr saat berusia 9 tahun membuatnya terbilang muda, meski HSJ telah memasuki tahun keempat. Kasus penguntitan dan perampokan yang dilakukan fans yang mengikutinya selama 6 bulan,  pernah menggemparkan Jepang. Dia diancam dengan pisau danponselnya diambil si penggemar yang diduga stres. Untungnya Morimoto selamat dan sejak itu Johnny Entertainment memberlakukan perlindungan ketat pada bakat-bakatnya.

Hey! Say! BEST!

Yabu Kota (31 Januari 1990).
Leader yang penuh perhatian dan tahu kapan harus serius dan santai. “Awalnya enggak ada leader, tapi kemudian semua menganggap saya leader. Ya, sudah,” katanya kocak. Meski hasratnya terhadap musik sangat tinggi, Yabu punya impian berperan di online game. Sebelum bergabung, Yabu menjadi penari di konser Tackey & Tsubasa. Ia berpengalaman menjadi leader grup Ya-Ya-Yah. Pemilik suara tinggi ini sangat dekat dengan Jin Akanishi dan pernah merebut gelar polling “The Most Wanted Little Brother”. Konon Akanishi pernah berharap mengadopsinya sebagai adik, hehehe.

 

Takaki Yuya (26 Maret 1990).
Meski terbilang senior, dengan rekan-rekan mudanya di kekanakan Takaki sering meramaikan suasana, apalagi dia selalu punya masalah dalam kerapian berbicara. Sempat kesulitan dalam koreografi, berkat bantuan teman-teman dan kerja kerasnya, dia mampu mengatasi. Sangat suka menonton DVD, tapi tiap ada waktu istirahat malah memilih untuk pergi ke tempat favoritnya: pantai! Pantas, Takaki mengaku personel paling melankolis. Suka menyendiri sih!

 

Inoo Kei (22 Juni 1990).
Bekalnya sebagai anggota HSJ bukan cuma suara, tapi kemampuan main piano dan gitar. Kei paling suka mempelajari kata-kata dalam bahasa Inggris. Lucunya, tiap ditanya mata pelajaran paling dibenci, selalu menyebut matematika dan bahasa Inggris. Dalam banyak kesempatan, Kei menceritakan betapa dekat dan sayangnya dia pada adik perempuannya.

 

Yaotome Hikaru (2 Desember 1990).
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat. Perannya di HSJ dan Ya-Ya-Yah hampir mirip, mendukung peran Yabu sebagai leader. Dia bercita-cita menyanyikan lagu yang dikarangnya sendiri. Meski punya kemampuan cukup mumpuni, Yaotome punya kebiasaan yang sulit dihilangkan yakni berkeringat saat tegang menanti konser dimulai. Tapi kalau sudah beraksi dengan bas di tangan, Yaotome tampil cadas di atas panggung. Kemampuannya mengomposisi lagu dan menulis lirik juga sangat diandalkan.

 

 

Arioka Daiki (15 April 1991).
Mengikuti audisi berbarengan dengan Chinen Yuuri dan menjadi sosok kakak yang dipuja Chinen. Saat sekolah sangat jail dan suka mengikuti banyak acara di sekolah. Ia pernah mengikuti lomba maraton dan bermain rugbi. Cara tertawanya menjadi ciri khas. Arioka sangat suka mempelajari banyak hal dari para senior di Johnny’s Entertainment. Bersama Nakajima Yuto, muncul dengan nama Engine. Dia juga memiliki kemampuan mengomposisi lagu dengan baik.
